The Position:
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Inside Sales Representative to join our growing commercial team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving lead qualification, pipeline development, and early-stage customer engagement. You will play a critical role in the success of our business by identifying opportunities, understanding customer needs, and supporting the sales process through to handoff and/or closing the business.
Key Responsibilities
Qualify inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting to generate new opportunities.
Engage prospective clients via phone, email, and digital channels to understand needs and present Nuritas’ value proposition.
Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Salesforce), tracking all activity and client interactions.
Collaborate closely with Business Development, Marketing, and Scientific teams to support the sales pipeline.
Schedule and coordinate discovery calls and product demos with senior sales representatives.
Stay up-to-date on Nuritas products, peptide science trends, and industry developments.
Meet and exceed key performance metrics including call volume, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities created.
Flexible working hours due to Global nature of the role
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in an inside sales, business development, or lead generation role—ideally in biotech, life sciences, nutrition, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with technical and executive-level audiences.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
A passion for science, innovation, and making a meaningful impact in health and wellness.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
Experience in a startup or high-growth company environment.
Familiarity with B2B sales in nutraceuticals, pharma, or functional ingredients.
