In line with our larger mission, Sandbox Industries has served as the exclusive provider of investment management services to the Blue Venture Fund for over a decade. The Blue Venture Fund is a unique collaboration between BCBS companies, BCBSA, and Sandbox to which thirty-six BCBS companies have committed over $800 million across four funds. The Blue Venture Fund invests in promising emerging companies of strategic relevance to Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plans and provides the portfolio with access to BCBS companies to deploy innovation at scale.

Through this work, Sandbox has developed trusted relationships with BCBS Plans and other industry leaders. These leaders have asked Sandbox to consult with them on key strategic projects such as M&A opportunities, creation of joint ventures, innovation/piloting, and digital strategy. The team is looking to add inspired and talented people to build upon this offering and create a new type of consulting practice. Our team operates in an open, thoughtful, and collaborative way. Responsibilities: Work with consulting team to manage and execute projects Research and report on industry trends and analysis Create professional, client-ready materials on complex topics Perform comprehensive financial modeling and analysis when necessary Present project findings and facilitate meetings with C-suite clients Help manage relationships with key clients Support Blue Venture Fund portfolio companies Source key industry relationships

Experience: 2+ years of experience Healthcare and/or transaction advisory experience required

Skills: Strong communication (oral and written) and presentation skills Adept with financial analysis and modeling Know how to ask hard questions Great relationship building skills Ability to work in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Ability to prioritize and manage several initiatives at one time Extremely detail oriented
