The Role: Build the Future, From the Ground Up

As a Senior Technical & Commercial RTV, you’ll lead the introduction of SOURCE in Argentina by building deep relationships with large, progressive, and influential growers. You’ll drive early adoption through sales, commercial trials, and hands-on field support — owning the full grower journey from first contact to long-term success.

You’ll also be responsible for identifying and onboarding high-quality distributors, establishing a strong local channel aligned with our standards and long-term vision.

This is a front-line commercial role with full accountability for sales, field performance, and market development. Success requires strong agronomic and commercial skills, deep regional knowledge, and a high level of ownership. You won’t just manage a territory — you’ll create one.

Responsibilities

• Identify and activate top-tier growers, including large farmers and members of CREA and AAPRESID, and build strong, trust-based relationships.
• Identify, open, and activate high-quality dealers aligned with our standards and long-term vision.
• Maintain a strong on-farm presence and lead commercial sales and trials from day one — onboarding growers, running performance-backed demos, and providing post-sale support.
• Train dealers on SOURCE performance, technical positioning, and guarantee programs to enable confident selling and grower success.
• Represent Sound in-field — supporting technical positioning and validating agronomic performance.
• Run field days, co-selling, and events to increase awareness and generate demand.
• Forecast territory performance and manage CRM discipline in Salesforce.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Agronomy, CX) to accelerate adoption and deliver customer value.
• Own territory budgets, plans, and commercial execution with full accountability.
• Manage selling expenses, operational budgets, and local marketing funds within Sound’s commercial guidelines.

Targeted Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or a related field, with 7+ years of experience in agronomic field sales, including account management and technical advisory roles.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets, ideally among the top performers in prior teams.
• Experience selling new technologies that create markets, not just competing for share in established categories.
• Strong track record engaging large, progressive growers and navigating complex sales cycles.
• Demonstrated success in business development, including prospecting, onboarding, and growing new customers — with solid understanding of ROI and price-volume dynamics.
• Skilled in customer support and retention, with experience driving satisfaction and product adoption post-sale.
• Hands-on experience with field validation and translating agronomic insights into commercial value.
• Familiarity with regional ag markets (Córdoba, Santa Fe, Buenos Aires) and strong grower/dealer relationships.
• Strong working knowledge in CRM (Salesforce), digital ag tools (FieldView, Ops Center), and data tracking.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and self-directed — thrives in fast-moving, high-ownership environments.
• Fluent in Spanish (native); professional working proficiency in English strongly preferred.

Como Representante Técnico y Comercial Senior (RTV), liderarás la introducción de SOURCE en Argentina construyendo relaciones sólidas con los productores más importantes de la región. Desarrollarás esta propuesta innovadora mediante ventas, ensayos comerciales y soporte técnico directo — siendo dueño de toda la experiencia del cliente, desde el primer contacto hasta el éxito a largo plazo. También serás responsable de identificar y activar distribuidores estratégicos, desarrollando una red alineada con nuestros estándares y visión a largo plazo. Este es un rol comercial de primera línea, con responsabilidad total sobre ventas, rendimiento en campo y desarrollo de mercado. El éxito requiere experiencia técnica y comercial, profundo conocimiento regional y un alto nivel de autonomía. No vas a heredar un territorio — lo vas a construir.

Responsabilidades

• Identificar y activar productores de alto potencial, incluyendo grandes referentes y miembros de CREA, AAPRESID, Grupos Locales Referentes y otras redes clave.
• Abrir y gestionar una red de distribuidores sólida, alineada con los estándares comerciales de Sound.
• Mantener una fuerte presencia en campo y liderar ventas y ensayos desde el primer día — incluyendo onboarding, seguimiento postventa y soporte técnico.
• Capacitar a los distribuidores sobre el rendimiento de SOURCE, su posicionamiento técnico y los programas de garantía.
• Representar a Sound en el campo — validando resultados agronómicos y asegurando un posicionamiento técnico claro.
• Organizar días de campo, actividades de relacionamiento y eventos técnicos para generar demanda.
• Planificar el desempeño del territorio y mantener una disciplina comercial clara mediante CRM (Salesforce).
• Coordinar con los equipos internos (Marketing, Agronomía, Experiencia del Cliente) para acelerar la adopción y generar valor.
• Gestionar el presupuesto del territorio y ejecutar el plan comercial con total responsabilidad.
• Administrar los gastos de venta y los fondos de marketing local bajo las directrices comerciales de Sound.

Perfil y Experiencia Requerida

• Título universitario en Agronomía o carrera afín, con al menos 7 años de experiencia en ventas técnicas en campo, incluyendo gestión de cuentas y asesoramiento técnico.
• Historial comprobado superando objetivos de ventas, idealmente dentro del top de su equipo anterior.
• Experiencia en lanzamiento y venta de tecnologías que crean nuevos mercados, no solo compiten en categorías ya establecidas.
• Capacidad demostrada para relacionarse con grandes productores progresivos y navegar ciclos de venta complejos.
• Casos de éxito en desarrollo de negocios, crecimiento y seguimiento de nuevas cuentas, con buen entendimiento de ROI y dinámica precio-volumen.
• Experiencia en soporte postventa y fidelización de clientes, con foco en adopción y satisfacción.
• Experiencia práctica en validación a campo y transferencia de resultados agronómicos en valor comercial.
• Conocimiento profundo del mercado agrícola regional (Córdoba, Santa Fe, Buenos Aires) y relaciones sólidas con productores y distribuidores.
• Dominio de herramientas digitales agrícolas (FieldView, Ops Center), CRM (Salesforce) y manejo de datos comerciales.
• Habilidades de comunicación y construcción de relaciones con distintos actores del ecosistema agro.
• Perfil emprendedor, colaborativo y autónomo — con mentalidad de dueño y alta capacidad resolutiva.
• Se valora el dominio del Idioma Inglés.
